The wine has a shiny ruby color. On the nose we recognize blueberries, wild strawberries and other red berries. The touch of wood is gentle and pronounced, like the smell of roast and rum. The taste is velvety, as are the tannins in the wine, it is completely dry with a pleasant slightly lower acidity than is typical for this variety, but it is still harmonious. Toast with roast pork and roasted potatoes.
