Description The gentle copper color is the result of the maceration of Pinot Gris grapes. Pleasant, gently perceptible vanilla on the nose, which is the result of aging in wood. Soon after, we are captivated by primary fruit aromas, especially pear. In the mouth, the wine is dry, full-bodied, rich, complex with an extremely long aftertaste. Nicely integrated tannins, which are perfectly presented in combination with acid and alcohol. Roulandec, as the name pinot gris has heard in the past, is in principle not a variety for aging, but in this form it will delight you for quite a few years after harvest. Try it with creamy risottos and pasta.
