After a 6-hour maceration of the grapes, the liquid, which already has a characteristic rosé color, is removed from the must without pressing. It matures for half a year in a steel tank before bottling. Fruity, soft, ripe raspberry, strawberry with a longer finish. It combines the two worlds of white and red wine – it has the freshness, playfulness and fruitiness of white and the minerality of red. It can be a nice aperitif, but it goes well with fish dishes, mussels, crabs, white risotto based on veal and seafood. It is also excellent with home-baked pizza or pasta. The recommended serving temperature is 7-9°C
